We focus on quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction across all our projects. Job Summary Motvic Engineering Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and technically sound Project Manager with hands-on experience in Electrical, ELV, and IBMS projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong project execution background and the technical depth to manage systems such as Electrical HT, LT, BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, VMS while effectively leading teams, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects covering Electrical, ELV, and IBMS scope from design through commissioning and handover.
• Prepared detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and method statements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project costs and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and materials.
• Supervises site engineers and subcontractors across project sites.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and client handover activities.
• Identify project risks and implement timely mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Handle issuer resolution, change management, and escalations.
• Support billing, certifications, and project closure documentation

. Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong technical knowledge of Electrical systems, ELV, and IBMS (BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, VMS).
• Proven project management skills, planning, scheduling, execution, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret Electrical and ELV/IBMS technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with sound decision-making ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project management/tracking tools.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• PMP equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
• Certifications in IBMS / BMS/ELV systems will be preferred. Experience • Minimum5+yearsofexperienceinprojectexecution with a focus onElectrical, ELV, and/or IBMS projects.
• Proven track record of managing commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects end-to-end.
• Prior experience handling multi-disciplinary projects involving electrical and low-current/ELV systems.
