An Office Boy provides crucial administrative, cleaning, and logistical support to ensure smooth office operations. Key duties include cleaning workspaces, serving beverages to staff/visitors, managing office supplies, handling photocopying/filing, and running external errands. This entry-level role requires punctuality, basic communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Maintenance: Cleaning workstations, mopping, dusting, and organizing meeting rooms, washrooms, and the pantry.
- Hospitality: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents

- Errands & Logistics: Handling mail, courier, and running errands such as purchasing office supplies (stationery, pantry items).
- Office Support: Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and managing inventory levels.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically preferred.
