Job Description:

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve business targets. They will supervise and mentor branch staff, develop business strategies, manage sales and service, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth, maintaining customer relationships, and upholding service excellence.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, customer acquisition, and relationship management
  • Knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and financial products
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer service challenges effectively
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities for achieving business objectives
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
  • Prior experience in a similar role in banking or financial services is preferred
