• Experience: Minimum 20 years - at least 2 years in senior management position in wellness/hospitality/healthcare/resort
• Post Graduate/MBA/Medicine
• Excellent English both written and verbal & knowledge of social media marketing
• Presentation skills

• Manage the entity with full responsibility for the performance including:
• Profit and loss performance
• Marketing and sales
• Proven experience of strategizing digital marketing, social media, SEO and google ads
• Proven track record of increasing revenues and profits
• Doubling occupancy levels and expanding center to the next level
• Starting new centers in other cities.
• Manage sales and marketing team with a focus on lead generation and conversion
• Getting corporate tie ups and generating revenues
• Getting business from new verticals
• Focus on selling membership to the HNI and corporate companies.
• Expanding the channel partner network by adding new travel agents and referring doctors
• Managing satellite OPD centers
• Resort operations
• Guest satisfaction and loyalty programs
• Coordination with medical team
• Maintenance of all buildings, facilities, equipment, gardens, apartments and infrastructure
• Human relations, recruitment and compliance with labor laws
• Safety and security; Lawful operations and legal compliances
• Housekeeping and hygiene
• Food and beverage
• Public relations
• Vendor development, product sourcing and purchasing
• Expenditure control and cost center management
• MIS and Development and implementation of SOPs
• Store and inventory management
• Managing emergencies
• To maintain the required working hours and to attend the Entity on a daily basis
• To remain available 24/7 for any work related to the Entity
• Regular reporting at agreed frequency in decided formats
