Location - Thane - Mumbai
Reporting to - VP / Director Business Development
Job Description
- Business development in India for High Tensile fasteners and
Springs focused on the Indian & Private Railways sector,
including Metro projects
- Identifying opportunities and exploring growth avenues
for Fasteners – Studs, Bolts, Nuts, disc springs, Strip
springs, coil spring, spiral spring etc., in Railway
applications
- Positioning Gala brand, Entry strategy in Railways segments etc.
- Closely working with New product development team for product
development.
Desired profile ofthe
candidate
Engineer , preferably with a full-time MBA, having 8–10 years' experience
(maximum age 40 years) in Sales & Business Development of Fasteners to
the Railways sector, including Metros.
- Proven track record of success in scaling up business
in the Railway sector
- Strong relationship and networking abilities within
Railway procurement and project divisions
- Exposure to business development strategy and
execution for Railway tenders and projects
- Sound technical knowledge of fasteners and their
applications in Railway systems

Candidates from Fasteners Manufacturing companies who have sold to
Railways and Metro clients
