Engineer / Senior Engineer - Production

Job Description:

 Supporting to Production in charge for Daily and monthly production target
achievement.
 The ability to resolve problems in an efficient manner.
 A complete understanding of manufacturing processes.
 Successful application of health, safety, and 5”S” practices.
 Excellent leadership skills and a desire to work in a team environment.
 Through knowledge of engineering, scientific and other technical information
relating to manufacturing processes.
 A positive and friendly approach towards colleagues, clients and technicians.
 Using of MS Office and other required software.
 Awareness about the standard of the material which are in use.
 Good Communication skills.
 Drawing and data interpretation.
 Awareness about QMS and Audits.
 Coordinating with other departments.
 Fill up of day to day formats and maintaining records as per requirement.
 Improves manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow and Kaizens.
 Keeps equipment in running condition by coordinating with Maintenance dept.
 Ensure timely preparation and availability of all production materials to avoid
shortage during production.
