International Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic International Marketing Executive to support global business development for our engineering manufacturing products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying overseas clients, managing international inquiries, coordinating export documentation, and supporting international sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate international leads through platforms like Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, and other B2B portals.

• Handle international customer inquiries via email, calls, and online platforms.

• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare product quotations, technical details, and proposals for overseas clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, buyers, and agents.

• Support the export sales process from inquiry to order confirmation.

• Coordinate with the production, logistics, and export documentation team for order processing and shipment.

• Conduct market research to identify potential countries and new business opportunities.

• Maintain records of international clients, quotations, and order status.

• Participate in international exhibitions, virtual meetings, and online marketing activities when required.

• Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into business orders.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of international marketing and export sales process.

• Strong email communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with B2B portals and lead generation platforms.

• Basic knowledge of export documentation and international trade.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work with overseas clients across different time zones.

• Female candidate with minimum 2 years of experience in international marketing.

• Excellent communication and client handling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple international inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
