Job Description:

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive laser printer and MFD sales across Government customers through the GeM marketplace, direct institutional engagement, and tender participation. The role requires strong on-ground relationship building, opportunity tracking, and coordination with internal bid and service teams to ensure successful order conversion and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop opportunities with Central/State Government departments, PSUs, and autonomous bodies

  • Drive product positioning and demand generation for Printmark laser printers & MFD portfolio

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation → demo → bid participation → order closure

GeM & Tender Management

  • Actively monitor GeM bids, custom bids, and reverse auctions

  • Support preparation of techno-commercial inputs for tender submissions

  • Coordinate with internal teams for compliance documents and pricing approvals

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular visits to key accounts and build long-term relationships

  • Conduct product presentations and requirement mapping

  • Ensure post-order coordination for smooth delivery and installation

Reporting & Governance

  • Maintain pipeline, visit reports, and sales forecasts

  • Track competitor activity and market intelligence

  • Ensure adherence to company sales processes and compliance norms

Compensation

  • Performance incentives as per company policy

Working Conditions

  • Working Days: 6 days a week

  • Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Weekly Off: All Sundays

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)

  • Experience in Government / Institutional sales preferred

  • Understanding of the GeM portal and tendering process will be an advantage

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Own two-wheeler (Bike) with a valid license — Mandatory
