Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support & Order Management Executive to manage customer interactions and ensure smooth order processing. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of products while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Provide prompt and accurate information to customers regarding products, pricing, delivery timelines, and order status.
Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and timely resolution of issues.
Order Processing & Coordination
Manage the complete order lifecycle from order entry to delivery confirmation.
Verify pricing, order details, and delivery schedules before processing orders.
Coordinate with logistics, stores, and operations teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, sales inquiries, and order details.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and contracts as required.
Generate and maintain reports related to orders, customer requests, and service performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Escalate and resolve operational issues that may affect order processing or customer satisfaction.
