• Punching SO of new orders in Tally and making a dispatch plan.
• To make a benchmark of the Sales team monthly/weekly.
• Preparing Quotation and handling customer enquiries, processing vendor registration documents,
• Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested
• Handle rejections and replacements of customers and closing them on timely manner
• Customer Visit for order.
• Making sales reports, submitting daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
