Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Chartered Accountant in managing daily office work, scheduling meetings, and handling basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CA’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.

  • Handle emails, phone calls, and basic correspondence.

  • Maintain and organize files and important documents.

  • Coordinate with clients for meetings and document collection.

  • Assist with basic office and administrative tasks.

  • Follow up with clients when required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
