Role Overview

The BIM Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and technologies across all phases of project development. The role involves coordination with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring BIM standards and workflows are properly executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of BIM standards, processes, and protocols across projects.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

• Prepare and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure adherence to company and client standards.

• Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality checks using tools like Revit and Navisworks.

• Develop BIM templates, libraries, and workflows to improve team productivity.

• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams for model integration and data exchange.

• Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to BIM coordinators and design teams.

• Ensure BIM deliverables are submitted as per project and client requirements.

• Stay updated on latest BIM technologies and industry trends to enhance efficiency and innovation.

• Maintain documentation and version control of BIM models and related project data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

• 7–10 years of experience in BIM management within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry.

• Strong proficiency in:

  • Autodesk Revit

  • Navisworks

  • AutoCAD

  • Other BIM coordination tools

• Knowledge of BIM standards such as:

  • ISO 19650

  • AIA E202

  • Other industry BIM frameworks

• Experience with collaboration platforms like BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or similar tools is an advantage.
