Work Experience          :   Minimum 5-8 years & minimum 2 yrs of experience handling a team

Job Description:

  1. Managing talent acquisition and recruitment process.
  2. Manage the attendance and payroll process and ensure all current statutory rules and regulations are followed.
  3. Manage employee on boarding and plan training & development activities as per the training needs of the organisation.
  4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  5. Provide regular HR MIS reports to management.
  6. Maintain & update HR documents and files regularly.
  7. Provide support to employees in various HR related topics and resolve issues and problems
  8. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for attrition and workout solutions to minimize the same.
  9. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  10. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Business strategy.
  11. Support current and future Business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital.

  1. Good communication and co-ordination skills.
  2. Should act as a Business partner.
  3. Self motivated individual who is able to perform and ensure execution of task well.
  4. People centric & passionate candidate with good interpersonal skills.
