Job Description:
We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer with hands-on expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, NLP and some Computer Vision.
You’ll build scalable AI solutions using transformer-based models, LLM-powered chat systems, and vector databases, primarily in Python.
A research-driven, proactive mindset is highly valued.
What you’ll do:
Build and optimize document classification & information extraction pipelines
Build Agentic AI for FinTech usacases
Train/fine-tune NLP models (Transformers/LLMs) for classification tasks
Implement LLM + vector DB based RAG chat systems
Apply Computer Vision for document/image-based use cases
Deploy scalable ML services in production
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of hands-on ML/NLP/LLM experience
Strong Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face and the likes)
Experience with any vector DBs (Qdrant, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
Some exposure to Computer Vision/OCR
Proactive thinker with a research & innovation mindset
Semi-OCR with the quality of work and code
