Position: Plating Supervisor
Location: Vapi
Experience: Fresher
Industries: Automobile
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily plating line operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved according to the schedule.
- Monitor plating processes like zinc, nickel, chrome, and anodizing.
- Supervise plating operators and helpers.
- Provide training on plating procedures and safety practices.
- Manage shift scheduling and manpower allocation.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electroplating processes
- Understanding of surface finishing techniques
- Chemical bath management
Required Qualification: - B.Sc - Chemistry
