Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to manage student relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the growth of our IT and Cyber Security training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, maintaining strong communication with existing learners, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and support experience.
This role requires excellent communication, sales understanding, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective students and explain training programs and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries, counseling, and follow-upsto convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain strong relationships with enrolled students and ensure a positive learning experience.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targetsrelated to admissions and client engagement.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth course delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and student feedback.
- Support marketing and outreach activities when required.
- Provide guidance to students regarding certification courses, internships, and career opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred)
- Marks:Minimum 60% in MBA (Flexible for the right candidate with relevant skills or experience)

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong pitching and persuasion ability
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Understanding of sales processes and client handling
- Ability to achieve targets and work in a performance-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of IT training or education industry(preferred)
