Requirements
 Experience: 2 years of experience in a placement role is essential.
 Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree, with a preference for a background in Social Science.
 Skills: Strong networking and communication skills in English are a must, along with basic computer and report writing abilities.

Key Responsibilities
 Student Placements: Actively support the placement of students from our CSR and paid training programs.
 Event Planning: Organize and execute job fairs and campus/off-campus drives in and around Chennai.
 Employer Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with employers, particularly in the media, entertainment, and other high-demand industries.
 Process Management: Oversee the entire placement process, manage the placement calendar, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
 Student Guidance: Help students prepare for the job market by assisting with resume building and interview readiness.
 Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student placements and alumni data.
 Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with academic teams to arrange industry visits and guest lectures.
 Opportunity Creation: Proactively identify and create new job and internship opportunities across various sectors.
