Role Summary

The HR Coordinator cum Recruiter will be responsible for supporting recruitment operations and HR coordination activities. The role includes managing the end-to-end hiring process, coordinating with clients, recruiters, and hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. The candidate will ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and assist in HR administrative tasks, onboarding coordination, and maintaining recruitment trackers and reports to support efficient hiring and HR operations.

KRA: Task / Activities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments for hiring requirements
  • Maintain HR documentation and employee records
  • Support HR operations such as employee engagement activities, attendance tracking, and HR reporting
  • Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements, role expectations, and hiring timelines
  • Act as a bridge between clients and recruiters for smooth communication
  • Share job requirements and updates with recruiters and ensure timely candidate submissions
  • Track candidate submissions received from recruiters and maintain submission records
  • Coordinate interviews between clients, recruiters, and candidates
  • Follow up with recruiters for profiles, interview availability, and candidate documents
  • Collect interview feedback from clients and communicate updates to recruiters and candidates

KPI: Performance Metrics

  • Number of positions closed within the target timeline
  • Quality of shortlisted candidates
  • Time-to-hire and recruitment efficiency
  • Interview coordination turnaround time
  • Client satisfaction and communication efficiency
  • Accuracy in HR documentation and recruitment reports

  • Strong recruitment and sourcing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools
  • Good coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using ATS or HR software
  • Social media recruiting experience
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Experience in recruitment reporting and data tracking.
