Job Description:

Role/ Job Title: Head Product and Governance – Issuer

 Function/ Department: Toll & Transit

 Job Purpose:

The resource will be responsible for overall product portfolio, Service and Governance on the Issuer Business side.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of Product managers and service/governance team. Ensure the revenue and cost

objectives of the team is met.

• Developing strategic plans to expand the product offerings.
• Keeping the working knowledge of the industry's climate and competition to effectively implement the

strategy.

• Preparing and delivering the report of the management on a frequent basis
• Ensure the business acquisition is compiled and maintain quality of business.
• Focus on building capabilities.
• Ensuring the cross-selling of other products.
• Ensuring that customer satisfaction levels are high.
• Ensure necessary product changes and modifications are built as per the necessary timelines and

requirements.

• Achieve cross-sell revenues are achieved.
• Understanding Government policies and directives
• Deep knowledge of regulatory guidelines in PPI
• Revenue and profitability.
• Team and culture building.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Bachelor’s degree any relevant stream

Post-graduation: Any Stream

 Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience.
