Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in selling Finance & Accounting (F&A) services in the North American market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and independently pitching InfoSync’s services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities by making cold calls and running targeted email and social media campaigns.

Identify and connect with potential clients in the North American market.

Independently pitch InfoSync’s F&A services to prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.

Collaborate closely with sales and department leaders to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Track, manage, and update lead status and activities in the sales pipeline.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications

4–5 years of experience in selling Finance & Accounting (F&A) services in the North American market.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good understanding of F&A domain and outsourcing services.

Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from prospecting to pitching.

Strong lead tracking, follow-up, and relationship management skills.

Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a go-getter mindset.
