Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive / Business Development Professional with 4–5 years of experience in selling Finance & Accounting (F&A) outsourcing services to the North America market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads, conducting outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, and social media channels, and pitching InfoSync’s F&A services to prospective clients.
This role requires strong communication skills, understanding of F&A outsourcing services, and the ability to independently engage with prospects and drive sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified leads in the North America market for Finance & Accounting outsourcing services.
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn/social media campaigns to engage prospective clients.
- Independently pitch InfoSync’s F&A services to potential prospects and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across industries.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and outreach activities through CRM or lead tracking systems.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and internal teams to support revenue generation and sales targets.
- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers such as CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Leaders.
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadence to nurture leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, F&A outsourcing solutions, and competitive offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in lead generation or business development selling Finance & Accounting (F&A) services in the North America market.
- Strong understanding of F&A outsourcing services including AP, AR, GL, R2R, P2P, O2C, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Ability to independently pitch services and engage prospects.
- Strong lead tracking, follow-up, and pipeline management skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented with a go-getter attitude.
