Junior Events/Activation Executive
Job Description:
We are hiring a Junior Events/Activation Executive in Ahmedabad.
Level: Executive
Exp: 1-2 yrs. /Freshers from event institutions can apply
Industry: Events/Media/Advertising Agency/Activation/Planning
Key Responsibilities:
•Design the event format that meets the requirements of our target audience
•Work in partnership with the Senior to develop activation plans
•Work closely with and integrate inputs from the senior team
•Create detailed implementation plans for each activation
•Understand the location and venue specifications for each event format, and set strategy and operational directions to find a suitable long-term solution for sourcing of venues and partnering with other vendors
Must-Have:
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective presentation skills
•Degree Educated
•MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint experience
•Negotiation management skills
•Creative and or PR experience
•Problem-solving skills
•Good background in event management and Activations
