Human Resource Head

Job Description:

The HR Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall Human Resources function, ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development aligned with the company’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning to support business growth across locations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture.
• Manage performance management systems, employee development, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and labor regulations and maintain HR governance standards.
• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and people management solutions.
• Monitor and improve HR policies, compensation structures, and retention strategies.
• Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution, ensuring a balanced and compliant approach.
• Lead HR reporting, analytics, and HR operational efficiency improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong exposure to HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
