📍 Location: Goregaon
🕒 Working Days: 6 days a week
⏰ Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize CRM systems for sales, marketing & customer service
• Handle customer collections, follow-ups, and communication (demand notes, payment acknowledgements, etc.)
• Maintain accurate and secure customer data, ensuring data integrity
• Analyze customer data to drive engagement and improve processes
• Support sales team with lead management and pipeline tracking
• Enhance customer experience through timely and personalized communication
• Generate reports and insights on CRM performance and customer behavior
