Job Description:
  • Role Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional with 15+ years of progressive experience in Chemical, Specialty Ingredients, API, and Food Additive/Food Supplement manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), regulatory requirements, and global certifications while driving continuous improvement across QA functions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage end-to-end Quality Assurance activities across manufacturing operations.

    • Ensure compliance with QMS, GMP, and regulatory standards across all processes.

    • Handle and lead external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.

    • Manage change control, deviations, non-conformance, and market complaints.

    • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

    • Oversee vendor qualification, vendor audits, and vendor performance management.

    • Drive validation and qualification activities (equipment, utilities, and processes).

    • Conduct internal audits, self-inspections, and gap assessments.

    • Ensure proper documentation, SOP compliance, and training across departments.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality improvement initiatives.


    Regulatory & Certification Exposure:

    • IMS, WHO-GMP, FSSC, FAMI-QS, EnMS

    • Halal, Kosher, Responsible Care

    • Regulatory bodies such as FDCA, USFDA, MHRA


    Key Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of QMS, GMP, and regulatory compliance

    • Expertise in audit handling (customer, regulatory, and certification audits)

    • Excellent problem-solving and investigation skills

    • Leadership and team management abilities

    • Strong documentation and communication skills

    • Risk assessment and quality improvement mindset


    Preferred Candidate Profile:

    • Experience in Specialty Chemicals / API / Food Additives industry

    • Proven track record of handling audits and certifications

    • Strong exposure to validation and qualification processes

    • Ability to lead QA teams and drive compliance culture
