  • Location: Andheri East kurla Rd, Mumbai
  • Experience: 3 – 5 Years
  • Working days : Monday - Friday | 6 Days ( with 4th Sat off)
  • Work Time : 9:30 Am t0 6:30 Pm 

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Backend Coordinator who will support the sales team by managing customer communication, coordinating orders, maintaining reports, and ensuring smooth execution of sales and delivery processes across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily calls to potential customers to introduce the company and promote company products to generate enquiries.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate visits for the sales team with prospective clients.
  • Handle social media promotions for company and its various brands.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, internal teams, and warehouse for smooth operations.
  • Promote COLO products across various platforms including government bids and private platforms.
  • Respond promptly to customer emails, calls, and inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage order processing, ensuring orders are accurately entered and processed as per customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain coordination with logistics teams.
  • Maintain active communication with sales representatives to ensure prompt order execution.
  • Manage Pan India deliveries including address verification, documentation, and POD submission.
  • Coordinate meetings and align communication between customers and suppliers when required.
  • Maintain customer-wise MIS reports and sales data records.
  • Manage and execute sales and purchase-related coordination activities.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock management and order dispatch. Visit the warehouse whenever required for stock verification and coordination with the team.

 

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good follow-up and customer handling ability
  • Knowledge of order processing and MIS reporting
  • Basic understanding of social media promotions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
