🚀 We’re Hiring | Senior Business Manager / Vice President (Real Estate & Corporate Banking)
📍 Location: Borivali West, Mumbai
🕒 Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 Days a Week
We are looking to onboard 2–3 dynamic professionals with strong experience in Corporate Banking, Real Estate, or Financial Advisory to join our growing team.
💼 Role: Senior Business Manager / Vice President
🎓 Qualification: Minimum Graduate
📈 Experience: 3+ Years
🎯 Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new clients (Builders/Developers & SMEs)
• Lead end-to-end debt syndication transactions
• Negotiate and structure deals with clients and financial institutions
• Manage deal execution challenges and ensure timely closures
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, CMA data & financial documents
• Cross-sell financial products and advisory services

• Strong networking within Real Estate & Banking sectors
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of project finance, structured finance & debt products
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently under tight timelines

We are into arranging funds for the various clients across the sectors with a prime focus on Real Estate Sector where funds can be arranged from Project Financing to last mile funding & MSME where funds can be raised for Working Capital, Term Loan, etc. We have successfully executed number of deals ranging from Rs. 10 to Rs. 150 Crs with various Nationalised Banks, Private Banks, Foreign Banks, Co-operative Banks, NBFC, --- Institutions, etc.
