Days: Sunday Leave - Timings – 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
📝 Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate to support daily back-office operations. The role includes customer data management, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) follow-ups, service coordination, and assisting in sales-related activities. This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Enter customer details, service data, and billing information accurately in CRM

Prepare and follow up on AMC quotations for closures

Maintain records of AMC status (due, expired, upcoming) and coordinate renewals

Coordinate with the service team for scheduling and updates

Handle customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups

Assist in invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and documentation

Track service calls, spare parts, and update OEM portals when required

Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Maintain proper documentation and records

Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams

Suggest improvements in processes and customer communication
✅ Requirements:

Graduate (B.Com / B.A. / Diploma preferred)

0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM)
