Lead Filtration: Qualify leads to ensure they meet predefined criteria and are worth pursuing.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and customers in the CRM system.
Customer Engagement: Engage with leads and customers in a professional and friendly manner to build relationships and understand their needs.
Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support the sales process.
Requirements:
A proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in managing customer data.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
