This role is perfect for someone who enjoys education, storytelling, and working for social good.

Key Responsibilities
 Assist in developing training modules, facilitator guides, and learner handbooks for life skills, hospitality, and workplace readiness programs.
 Apply simple instructional models (like Test–Teach–Test, experiential activities, and storytelling) to design engaging sessions.
 Adapt complex ideas (e.g., AI, diversity, communication skills) into accessible and relatable content for learners from varied literacy and digital backgrounds.
 Support in designing visual and digital aids — PowerPoints, videos, infographics, posters, and activity sheets.
 Collaborate with field trainers to test and refine learning materials based on classroom feedback.
 Ensure content is inclusive, gender-sensitive, and contextually relevant to local communities.
 Maintain an organized library of content and assist with digital documentation or LMS uploads.

 Passion for social impact, education, and youth development.
 Strong writing skills in simple, clear English (and comfort with Hindi/regional languages preferred).
 Basic understanding of instructional design and learner centered pedagogy.
 Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Canva.
 Ability to balance creativity with structure and deadlines.

Desirable:
 Familiarity with tools like Articulate Rise, Genially, or video editing apps.
 Experience volunteering or working with NGOs or community learning projects.
 Awareness of gender, inclusion, and diversity-sensitive training practices.

Education & Experience
 Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Mass Communication, or related field.
 1–3 years of experience in content design, training support, or education (internships and volunteer projects count).

What We Offer
 A chance to impact hundreds of young lives through creative learning design.
 Guidance from experienced trainers and instructional designers.
 Opportunities to grow into Learning Designer roles.
 A collaborative, inclusive, and mission-driven work environment.
