Job Description:
A Process Shift Incharge manages production operations, personnel, and equipment safety during a specific shift to meet production targets. They optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth handovers. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, adhering to safety protocols, and conducting detailed reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Control: Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring productivity goals are met and downtime is minimized.
- Process Optimization: Monitor and troubleshoot equipment and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to adhere to safety, quality, and company standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate shift logs, reports, and records for management.
- Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to address issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (BSc/BE) or equivalent experience in relevant industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role (production, manufacturing, or chemical).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality management systems.
