Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Professional to manage daily HR operations, plant administration, statutory compliances, and contract manpower management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between management and employees, ensuring smooth plant/office operations and 100% legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Contract Manpower & Attendance Management

End-to-End Handling: Manage on-site contract manpower, including their daily deployment and coordination with contractors.

Attendance Tracking: Overlook daily attendance, shift rosters, and overtime (OT) calculations for both on-roll and contract workers.

Bill Verification: Thorough checking and verification of contractor invoices, attendance sheets, and wage sheets before final approval.
2. Statutory Compliance, PF & ESIC

Registration Process: Handling the registration process for new employees under PF and ESIC portals.

Challan Generation: Timely generation of monthly PF and ESIC challans and ensuring error-free submissions.

Legal Registers: Maintenance and updating of all statutory registers and forms as per the Factories Act, Labor Laws, and Minimum Wages Act.
3. Payroll & MIS Management

Payroll Operations: Processing monthly salaries using Payroll Software (e.g., Spine, Matrix, GreytHR, or Excel-based systems).

Leave Management: Tracking and updating leaves, absences, and full & final (F&F) settlements.

Daily MIS Reporting: Preparing and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports regarding manpower, attrition, and absenteeism for the leadership team.
4. Recruitment & Onboarding

Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions (both staff and worker levels).

Conducting interviews, salary negotiation, and managing the complete onboarding and induction process.
5. Plant Administration & Daily Routine Work

Plant Housekeeping (HK): Monitoring plant cleanliness, housekeeping staff performance, and maintaining hygiene standards across the premises.

Daily Routine: Handling day-to-day employee grievances, workplace discipline, and general admin tasks to ensure smooth plant functioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: MBA in HR, Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM), or a Graduate degree with relevant extensive experience.

Experience: 5–8 years of core experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing plant or industrial setup.

Software Skills: Hands-on experience with Payroll Software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables for MIS).

Portals: Strong practical knowledge of the EPFO portal and ESIC portal.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle labor/worker-level challenges firmly yet empathetically.
