Job Description:

Hand on experience on Plant machinery maintenance .

Sound knowledge on Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Shutdown Activities.

Maintenance works for various Mechanical rotating and static equipment’s like Air compressor, Air Dryer, Cooling Tower etc.

Maintenance work of Pumps, Blower, Agitator, Heat exchanger, Valves, Vessels, Steam & pipelines of Metallic and Non-Metallic MOC.

Compressor, Roots Blower, Agitator, Mechanical seal, Thermosiphon reboiler, Shall& Tube Evopariser, Shall & Tube Reactor, Heat exchanger , Vacuum system like

ejector .

Knowledge of fabrication, erection and commissioning of equipment & piping.

Trouble-shooting & Breakdown analysis to prevent repeat failures and Quick fault diagnosis.

Preparation of RCA. Analysis of MBF.

Maintain History reports and Documentation like GPC , LLF, Calibration report form 10 etc.

Day-to-day preparation report of Progress report, Preventive report, machine breakdown report,

Work permit report, attendance/Overtime report of technicians and submitting them to manager.

Attending daily Mechanical meeting and submitting the daily progress report.

Sound knowledge on Project document like PFD,P&ID, Isometric, Machine drawing

Interfaces with other disciplines and third parties.

PR and PO activities, Budget monitoring

Knowledge of Kaizen activities and 5

Vendor development and Locally Spare parts development
