Job Description:
An office boy (or office assistant) performs crucial administrative support, clerical tasks, and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include cleaning, managing office supplies, serving refreshments, delivering mail, and assisting staff with errands. They maintain a neat, efficient, and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Maintenance: Cleaning workstations, mopping, dusting, organizing meeting rooms, and ensuring washrooms are hygienic.
- Hospitality: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Clerical & Administrative Support: Photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and distributing mail or inter-office correspondence

- Errands & Supplies: Purchasing and replenishing office stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies.
- Equipment Handling: Basic operation of office equipment (e.g., printers) and assisting in setting up meeting rooms.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Generally a high school diploma or equivalent (12th passed).
- Experience: Previous experience in office management or housekeeping is advantageous.
- Skills: Good communication skills, basic numeracy, punctuality, and a polite, honest attitude.
- Physical Aptitude: Ability to handle tasks requiring physical stamina, such as moving supplies or standing for periods.
