Sr Manager Java Full Stack Lead (Angular/React) Guwahati

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular or
React. The role involves leading a team of developers, driving end to end solution design, code reviews, technical
guidance, and delivering high quality full stack applications. The ideal candidate will have hands on development
capabilities along with proven team handling and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
• Lead a team of full stack developers, mentor juniors, and ensure high quality code delivery
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high performing applications
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive best practices
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross functional teams
Full Stack Development
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Build responsive frontend applications using Angular or React
• Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize code, and implement scalable solutions
• Integrate third party services, APIs, and microservices
Team & Project Management
• Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of modules
• Guide the team through technical challenges and provide solutions
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, agile methodology, and CI/CD pipelines
• Work closely with QA to ensure proper test coverage and defect-free releases
