Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Pitch and sell customized wildlife and holiday packages to individuals, families, and groups.
- Build and nurture strong guest relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including inquiry handling, follow-ups, negotiations, booking confirmations, and payment coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and sales performance
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in B2C sales (preferably in travel, hospitality, or luxury tourism).
- Strong sales acumen with proven negotiation and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a revenue-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Onsite)
Working Days – Monday-Saturday
Work Timings – 10:00 am to 07:00 pm
Experience – 2-4yrs
