Job Description:

Key Responsibilities 

  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and online inquiries. 
  • Pitch and sell customized wildlife and holiday packages to individuals, families, and groups. 
  • Build and nurture strong guest relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. 
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including inquiry handling, follow-ups, negotiations, booking confirmations, and payment coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and sales performance

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2C sales (preferably in travel, hospitality, or luxury tourism).
  • Strong sales acumen with proven negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with a revenue-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

 

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Onsite)

Working Days – Monday-Saturday

Work Timings – 10:00 am to 07:00 pm

Experience – 2-4yrs
