Job Description:
Operating VMM machine,+ Documentation Knowledge.
Video measurement machine operating and program making for mass inspection, maintain records of inspection.
- Inspection: Perform incoming inspection on raw materials, in-process inspection during production, and final inspection of finished goods.
- Measurement: Use precision tools like micrometers, Vernier calipers, gauges, and CMM equipment to verify critical dimensions and tolerances.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and maintain quality records.
- Compliance: Ensure products adhere to company standards, ISO procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Problem Solving: Identify defects and collaborate with production teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate and maintain testing tools to ensure accurate measurements.
