CA FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• Financial Accounting & Reporting: Finalization of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss accounts, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with IND AS/GAAP.
• Cost Accounting & Control: Managing product costing, variance analysis, and cost controls for manufacturing, including scrap management and inventory valuation.
• Taxation & Compliance: Handling GST filings, reconciliations, income tax assessment, TDS compliance, and coordinating with auditors.
• MIS & Budgeting: Preparation of daily/monthly plant MIS reports, budgeting, and forecasting to support management decision-making.
• Operations Support: Coordinating with operations, procurement, and logistics to improve efficiencies and manage working capital.
• Internal Controls: Developing and monitoring internal financial controls to safeguard assets. 
   

• Qualification: Mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
• Experience: Usually 5–12+ years of experience, with strong exposure to plant accounting or manufacturing environments.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Advanced MS Excel.
• Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of steel industry processes, project accounting, and project financing.
