Responsibilities:
1) Maintaining and generating attendance record of all staff & workmen
2) Resolving workmen queries related to Attendance
3) Maintaining employee personnel files records and reports
4) Maintaining leave Records of staff and workmen monthly and annually
5) Coordinate with health insurance TPA - Intimation of hospitalization , send Claim documents, follow-up to claim amount settlment process
6) Maintaining Monthly Communication (Vodafone bill) Data
7) Maintain records for Lunch/Snacks Coupons & Distribution to Staff & Workmen
8) Joining formalities of new joinees (Staff & Workmen, NAPS)
9) Induction process of newly joined Staff, Workmen & NAPS
10) Coordination in Employees Motivation programs - Haldi kum kum, Children’s day,Dussera Puja, Safety week ,Employee satisfaction survey, Star Employee, Kaizen Scheme
11) Coordination of Training process for all categories of Employees
12) Maintaining all the required data for customers and compliance audit (IATF, EMS)
13) Maintaining training documents (skill matrix, training attendance, feedback, evaluation etc)
14) Resolving Employee queries related to PF (KYC Updation , UAN Activation , Basic Details modification)
15) ITI Apprentices Enrollment process, ITI Apprentices Claim process
16) Resolving Employee queries related to cosec apta application (app configuration, leave updation,c/off authorization)
17) Maintain & prepare various HRMIS, Analytical Reports, Summaries related to HR-Admin-IT processes
18) Perform as a ECT Member Activities, Internal Audits as per guidelines mentioned in the Standard & EMS Manual
19) EHS-Support in EHS activities such as Maintaining key Indicator, Trend Reports, Hygiene review Plant rounds, Safety, First Aid related Training & Awareness programs
20) Time to Time Counselling to Workmen Cadres (Especially Women) regarding maintaining Daily Shift Reporting Timings, Leave patterns, general behavior
21) HIPL/HIPT-Baroda Plants in all HR-Admin related back office activities
22) To identify & propose from time to time Cost Saving avenues, measures in respective functional areas
Authorities:
1) To approve & execute Employee Life-cycle Database/Records updations for all Cadres in the organization
2) To conduct EMS, 5S Audits and issue NCs
3) To review & approve Employee Time Attendance Data updations
Skills Required to perform duty effectively:

4) Knowledge of IATF & EMS Standards
5) Computer Operations - MSOffice, Time Attendance Softwares, Payroll/HRMS Softwares
