- Knowledge of GEM Is must–E tender software
- Will prepare quotations and invoices for AMC, spares, and consumables.
Need to coordinate with Customers from local region / for orders, shipment, payment etc.
Coordinate with Service Coordinators for AMC maintenance calls - Update MIS, call register.
Required Candidate profile
- Good in Hindi, English is a must.
- Good in MS Word and Excel
- Preferably with experience in service functions
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of invoicing, payment follow-up, AMC etc.
- The candidate should have proven experience at least of 3-6 years
- Female from nearby area must
- A resume should have good stability (at least 2 years in 1 company )
- A married female with 1-2 kids will be preferred .
- Females will handle all branch-related admin jobs, so there is a need for a little authoritative women.
- The notice period should not be more than 30 days .
- Immediate joiners will be preferred first .
Office time
- 9 am to 6 pm
- 5 days working – Mon to Fri- WFO
- Saturday – WFH
