Hr Operation

Job Summary:

The HR Operations professional is responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, compliance with company policies, and maintaining employee lifecycle operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
• Handle employee documentation, records, and HRMIS updates
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
• Support payroll processing and salary reconciliation
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee engagement and welfare activities
• Handle exit formalities including F&F settlement and clearance
• Assist in performance management processes
• Maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
• Good understanding of payroll and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ERP)
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
