Job Description:
🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead sales for villa and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing a sales team, handling key client relationships, and ensuring successful deal closures in the Pune market.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🏢 Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales for villa projects, commercial spaces, and mixed-use developments
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies for project launches and inventory movement
- Identify new business opportunities through brokers, channel partners, and direct clients
🤝 Client Handling & Closures
- Handle HNI and corporate clients for commercial leasing/sales
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to booking and closure
👥 Team Management
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales executives
- Set targets and monitor team performance
- Conduct regular reviews and improve conversion ratios
📊 Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Analyze Pune real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Suggest pricing strategies and marketing inputs for projects
- Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns
📈 Reporting & CRM
- Maintain sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Track leads, site visits, bookings, and revenue
- Prepare MIS reports and sales forecasts for management
