Data Entry Intern
Job Description:
Job Summary:
Vedita Ventures is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Intern to support our recruitment operations. The role involves managing candidate information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and data storage systems are always up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS with complete accuracy
* Download and organize applicant data from multiple job portals
* Call candidates to verify and update their details
* Maintain and organize candidate data in Google Drive (folders, files, and records)
* Ensure all candidate records are complete, consistent, and current
* Coordinate with the recruitment team for data requirements
* Perform regular data checks to avoid duplication or errors
* Support other administrative and recruitment-related tasks as needed
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Requirements:
* Good communication skills (verbal and written) is a must
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and Google Drive
* Ability to manage and organize large sets of data
* Comfortable making calls and interacting with candidates
* Self-motivated and willing to learn
Preferred:
* Prior internship or experience in data entry or recruitment support (not mandatory)
