Position : Assistant Store Manager
Location : Mumbai (Borivali)
Experience : 5 – 10 Years in retail (Jewellery preferred / luxury retail)
Qualification : Any graduate
Salary Budget : As Per Best In Market Standards
Working Days : 6 Days Working – flexibility to choose day for weekly off
Working Time : 10:45 to 7:00 PM

Seeking for a proactive and sales-driven Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure a premium customer experience. This role will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and maximize store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Handling
- Supervise sales team on the floor
- Has knowledge in the valuation of old gold
- Ensure daily targets are assigned and tracked
- Step in to close sales when required
- Support training of new team members
- Ensure VM (visual merchandising) is maintained as per brand standards
- Follow SOPs for billing, security, and store processes
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
Skills Required:
- Strong sales skills with customer-first mindset
- Experience in handling high-value transactions
- Good communication skills in English and Gujrati
- Presentable and well-groomed
