Working days - 5 Days (Mon - Fri)
Week Off - Sat and Sun
Work timings - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Location - Lower Parel
Contract period, auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
On Third Party Payroll (Talisman HR)
The Front desk provides administration support to the office team, assist in daily office operations and ensure smooth communication between departments
Job Role
- Visitor Management
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain office supplies and reorder stock as & when required.
- Coordinate office events and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail & packages.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Clearing Tristar Leasing pvt ltd bills.
- Checking & resolving queries related to PSIPL attendance.
- Preparing & distributing Talisman attendance for 4th floor.
- Raising SR request & closing SR request too.
- Arranging for Car parking.
- Ordering weekly pantry materials from our vendor.
- Checking & verifying challans.
- Coordinating with hotel vendors regarding events.
- Handling 10th floor reception as & when 10th floor receptionist is on leave - i.e. same responsibilies that are mentioned above.
