HR Recruiter- Thane

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple open positions, and experience working with job portals and LinkedIn hiring.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
• Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct initial HR interviews
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities
• Follow up with candidates till onboarding.
• Support HR activities if required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
• Ability to handle multiple positions at the same time
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
