Job Title: Management Trainee – HR Operations

Company: Career Creed HR Services Private Limited
Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Duration: 6 Months (Internship / Training Program)

Employment Type: Internship with potential for full-time employment

 

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Management Trainee – HR Operations who is eager to build a career in Human Resources. This internship program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions, especially in payroll, compliance, and HR operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in payroll processing and salary data management
  • Support in statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate with clients/employees for documentation and onboarding formalities
  • Assist in attendance & leave management
  • Help in preparation of MIS reports and HR dashboards
  • Support in drafting HR letters, policies, and employee communications
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for compliance submissions and documentation

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR (Pursuing or Recently Completed)
  • Strong interest in HR operations and Compliance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  •  Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
