Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Advisor with strong expertise in civil litigation and real estate matters. The role involves handling land-related legal issues, representing the organization in court, and ensuring legal compliance for property transactions.

KRA: Task / Activities

·  Handle civil litigation and court matters independently

·  Manage land disputes, title verification, and legal due diligence

·  Draft and vet agreements, sale deeds, contracts, and legal notices

·  Provide legal advisory on property transactions and land acquisition

·  Represent the organization before courts, tribunals, and authorities

· Liaise with external advocates, government bodies, and registration offices

· Ensure compliance with applicable real estate and civil laws

KPI: Performance Metrics

·  Litigation success rate and case closure timelines

·  Accuracy and turnaround time of legal documentation

·  Risk mitigation and compliance effectiveness

·  Quality of legal advisory and stakeholder satisfaction
