Job Description:

Your Key Responsibilities

●  plastic packaging product range to domestic B2B customers across target industries such as lubricants, adhesives, chemicals, and other industrial packaging users. ● Identify and approach new customers, including manufacturers, distributors, and bulk industrial buyers, to generate qualified leads and expand the customer base. ● Handle customer inquiries, understand technical and commercial requirements, prepare quotations, and follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed orders. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and consistent order volumes. ● Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure product availability, accurate documentation, timely delivery, and smooth order execution. ● Monitor competitor offerings, market pricing, and customer demand trends in the industrial packaging segment and share insights with the Regional Sales Manager. ● Maintain sales MIS, order trackers, and pipeline reports to ensure clear visibility of sales performance and opportunities. ● Ensure all daily sales activities, customer interactions, follow-ups, and progress updates are properly documented and reported in the daily sales report or CRM system. ● Support client meetings, product presentations, and commercial discussions within the assigned sales region. ● Infield needs daily reports in writing.

 

Educational Qualification ● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration(Sales, Marketing) or a related field. ● Bachelor's Degree / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic Technology, or related field (preferred) Skills

● Strong B2B sales and customer acquisition skills with the ability to identify potential industrial customers, generate leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed business opportunities. ● Good understanding of industrial products, packaging solutions, and manufacturing-based sales processes to effectively communicate product value to customers. ● Ability to prepare professional quotations, understand customer requirements, and support commercial negotiations to close orders successfully. ● Strong relationship management skills to build long-term partnerships with distributors, manufacturers, and bulk buyers. ● Market awareness and analytical ability to track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer demand patterns. ● Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems to maintain sales pipelines, customer databases, and MIS reports. ● Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills to represent the company professionally in customer meetings and business discussions.
