Job Description:

Job Purpose:
Role is to identify, qualify, and generate potential business opportunities for the IT sales team by researching target markets, engaging prospects, and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads. This role directly supports business growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Scope:
Market research and lead generation through portals. Online databases to identify and engage potential IT clients. Responsible for building a strong sales pipeline by qualifying and sharing high-quality leads with the business team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads through LinkedIn, global business directories, industry platforms, and online databases.
• Initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, and cold outreach to introduce company services.
• Qualify prospects based on project requirements, technology needs, and outsourcing potential.Build and maintain a strong international sales pipeline.
• Update and manage lead data in CRM or tracking systems.
• Follow up with prospects to move leads toward sales discussions.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Track lead conversion, response rates, and outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications and required Skills:


• 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or international sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of IT services and product engineering.
• Ability to engage international clients professionally and confidently.
• Strong research, data analysis, and lead qualification skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and lead tracking systems.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to understand client technical needs and align them with company offerings.
• Strong communication and inter- personal skills

B.COM/B.B.A/B.C.A/B.M.S/B.Sc./BTech (Electronics/Computer or M.Tech/M.Sc.
Computer Science/M.C.A/MBA).
